Please tune in to your local NBC provider on Tuesday, April 3rd at 9pm to watch the exciting bullet-ridden drama unfold! Three feel the Mid Hudson Valley is definitely 'deaf friendly', three feel it is somewhat so, and four feel it is a little friendly.  There is obviously room for improvement to make our area 'deaf friendly' to all.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What makes a town 'deaf friendly'?
